My vision for all my clients is for them to re-discover their authentic selves, and courageously live from this place in which we discover we are not separate from the Source but are part of it which means we have access to limitless love, energy, abundance, compassion and generosity."

Transformational Parent & Family Coach
In the beginning of 2020, I stepped into a transformational leadership program that changed my life. I entered the program thinking I got it all together, and there wasn't really anything new it could offer me as I have been a therapist for years and done extensive inner work. In my self-righteousness, I thought "I knew it all!"
I could have not been more wrong! The 3 months in the program equaled to 10 years of therapy! Who I was, and the way I was showing up in this world went through a complete and utter transformation.
As a result, I discovered that in reality we are limitless beings surrounded by a field of possibilities and that the only thing that is in the way are our own fears, limited beliefs and inauthentic ways of being.
I believe that we are here on earth to be in service to a greater cause! We all have our special gifts that are not for us to keep but for us to share with the world so that our fellow humans can benefit from our uniqueness.
I believe that it is our responsibility to live our purpose and passion in full freedom and self-expression so that others can do the same.
The problem is that we are unrefined diamonds that are a bit sharp around the edges.
This is why the task of our lives is to grow under pressure, like a diamond, into the person we were born to be - our authentic self!
There are many ways and philosophies to get there, but I believe that transformation is the fastest and most effective way which is why I have chosen this as my approach to work with parents and families to empower them to create a life that is worth living!
"In the very pain and suffering we usually try to avoid is a kernel of healing!"
Online Summit Host & Speaker
In the process of creating an online community for parents, I have hosted several online summits where I've had the opportunity to interview some of the world's most renowned authors, experts, influences and researches in the field of parenting, screen time and leadership.
I love providing a platform for experts to share their powerful vision, and simultaneously provide incredible value and support for parents through these free events. There is nothing more powerful than going straight to the source of the most up-to-date and cutting edge knowledge provided by these passionate experts who are 100% dedicated to their field of study.
I also enjoy being a speaker and expert myself as I have been featured in several online summits, events and podcast episodes.
Psychotherapist &
Play Therapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field of mental health for over 20 years. I have operated my private practice in San Diego for over 12 years where I and other clinicians in my practice work with individuals, couples, families and children to restore a sense of wellbeing and harmony.
My approach to therapy is based on the deep belief and conviction that behind the pain and suffering we experience in our lives is a higher meaning or a purpose that needs to be discovered.
It is a realization that our difficulties in life do not exists because of some meaningless or cruel cosmic joke or because “there is something wrong with me”, but for us to recognize that there is a part in us that is always whole, protected and can never be broken.
The journey of therapy is about finding the lost light that has the potential to transcend pain and suffering which belong to this earthly life. Viewed this way, the symptoms of despair, sadness, anger, grief and anxieties, or the acting out behavior in children don’t exist because the person is flawed, but are the soul’s way of communicating to us about what needs to be paid attention to.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, nurturing, trusting, and accepting space for a person to explore their life experiences and inner terrain; to help them learn to trust and accept themselves once more and to help them cope with the multiple difficult demands of life.
Psychotherapist by Day,
Yogi by Night!
Serendipitously, Yoga came to my life in 2007 after a severe car accident resulted in serious back injuries. I thought I would never run again or do any physical exercise that was a big part of my life. It took two long and painful years to fully recovery from the injuries. I am grateful for the universe for bringing this "accident" into my life so I may gain the grace of knowledge from this experience: patience, forgiveness, kindness towards myself, appreciating the small things in life, finding peace in stillness, how to use pain as a teacher, how to ask for help.... and many more.
I credit my recovery to a regular yoga practice. Yoga was the only form of exercise that allowed me to gradually gain strength and rehabilitate my body. Through that process, also the mind was healed from its negative thoughts that did not serve me.
After having had such a profound personal experience with yoga, it became a big part of my life - it became part of me. The deeper I got into the practice, the more it benefitted me physically, mentally and spiritually.
Since becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2014, I have used yoga in my private psychotherapy practice to decrease stress responses as well as help people create a more authentic and meaningful relationship with themselves.
Yoga provides us tools to be in a calm and relaxed state of mind and body. It builds resources and resiliency to face life's challenges with resolve and tenacity.
Yoga can also help us begin to renegotiate and process traumas. Through specific, gentle, mindful movements, we can begin to listen and trust the wisdom of the body.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to gently guide my students beyond the physical experience of asanas to a deeper emotional connection and awareness that leads to improved sense of wellbeing and balance.
Montessori Teacher
In 2015, I felt a deep cry for help from the children I work with as well as the children of the world. Fueled by this call and frustrations with the traditional school system, my journey of helping children lead me to obtain an AMI Primary Montessori Diploma at the historic Montessori Training Center in Perugia, Italy.
I returned from there with my heart full of hope for the future of children, for the future of humanity, and eager to contribute my share of creating peace in this world by nurturing the spirits of children.
