In this module, we will do an overview of the course, cover learning objectives as well as talk about how you can set yourself up for success in this course. We will then dive into why parenting from overflow is important and how it will benefit you.
In this module, you will discover the first abundance principle which is "You Are Already Abundant." I will share how to begin to shift your paradigm from scarcity and survival into a paradigm of possibility and abundance so that you can thrive!
In this module, I share abundance principle # 2 which will teach you how to receive so that you can be in the flow of abundance. You will discover how unnecessary resistance results in overwhelm and feeling exhausted. In this module, we go over several mindset tools which will support you in opening up to receive. The journaling will help you gain greater awareness of the different things you avoid, and the practices offered in this module will help you start shifting your scarcity paradigm into one of abundance.
We unconsciously carry all kinds of junk in our mental, emotional, physical and social spheres. This junk is energetically taking up space not allowing abundance to flow in to your life. This is why, it is important to clear and let go which is abundance principle #3.
In this module, you will learn the 4th abundance principle which is "practice radical gratitude." You will discover that gratitude is "an all encompassing way of being in which we recognize the mundane every day moments, the hard moments and the wonderful moments as part of the fabric of life." By the end of this module, you will have some ideas how to begin a gratitude practice in your home, and a tool to start your very own gratitude journal.
In this module, you will discover the power of positive belief, and learn how to harness it for your benefit so you can parent from overflow instead overwhelm!
This final module will set yourself for success moving forward! We will do a quick review and celebration of your hard work as well as ground yourself on a few principles and distinctions which will support you in making parenting from overflow a way of life rather than a course you once did...
